报告题目：Better living arrangement of well-being beneficiaries supported by the Internet communication technique

内容简介：

The principle of a simple technology is proposed on the basis of its safety, reliability and flexibility. Hereby, the active use of the Internet environment is mentioned for the wide provision of convenience on public benefits. Various appropriate systems as variations on the basis of same principle are presented for the help of living guidance, health care, nursing & medical affairs and so on. They enable the beneficiaries to cover their effective activity and communication in remote islands and depopulated area. In addition, they provide appropriate means of communication not only for everyday life support of beneficiaries with closely related persons, but also for substantial support of welfare.

作者简介：

Prof. Hidetoshi Wakamatsu received his B.E. and M.E. degrees from Yokohama National University in 1970 and 1972 respectively and received his Ph.D degree from University of Tokyo in 1984. He was a Professor from 1991 to 1992 in Fukui University and subsequently a Professor in Tokyo Medical & Dental University. Since 2012, he is a Professor Emer. at Tokyo Medical & Dental University and an Executive board member, Incorporated Association of Asset Formation Welfare.

Prof. Wakamatsu's research interests are in automatic precise control system of temperature for clinical brain hypothermia, biochemical dynamics in the damaged area of brain tissue and in the clinical treatment, haptic operation of virtual visco-elasto-plastic material by virtual tools & its application to medicine and life support system based on simple principle and method using the Internet.
