报告题目:Analysis and synthesis of a subclass of 2D systems using LMIs
内容简介:The main aim of this seminar is presentation of modelling, analysis and synthesis methods for a subclass of 2D systems, i.e. spatially interconnected systems. In such systems the dynamics spreads out independently in time and along the spatial position at the system. Hence, the mathematical model of such systems is based on two indeterminates and produces two-dimensional (2D) model. However, due to its uniqueness the well known 2D models (Roesser or Fornasini-Marchesini) cannot be directly used to in order to perform the analysis and synthesis of such systems. Hence the original system targeted model procedures have to be applied.
Spatially interconnected systems are defined as a sequence of interconnected blocks, where the homogeneity of block structure and/or elements values can be either satisfied or not. Here are considered systems with homogeneity of block structure, however block elements can vary. What is more, due to characteristics of block elements there can arise models with some nonlinearities and/or uncertainties. In general, the presentation is divided into three interpenetratin parts. The first one is devoted to the suitable modeling of considered systems with respect to possible spatial invariance, nonlinearities and/or uncertainty factors. The second part is aimed to developing new analysis/synthesis methods for retrieved models. The focus here is placed onto gaining the Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI) based methods towards stability investigation and controller design. Finally, the third part concerns the elaboration and simulative evaluation of control schemes guaranteeing the fulfillment of pre-defined quality indicators, e.g. driving the output to the reference signal (e.g. Proportional plus Integral Control, Iterative Learning Control) or minimizing the external disturbance influence (H2 control).
报告人简介:Bartlomiej Sulikowski received the Ph.D. degree from the University of Zielona Gora, Poland in February, 2006 and the M.Sc. degree from the same university in June, 2000. He has completed his Ph.D under the supervision of Prof. Krzysztof Galkowski. After receiving the M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering with option for specialization in Computational Systems Engineering (final score: Excellent), in September, 2000 he has been appointed as a Assistant at Institute of Control and Computation Engineering, University of Zielona Gora. Since May, 2006 he has been appointed as a Assistant Professor at the same institute. His research interests are on multidimensional (nD) systems, linear repetitive processes, classes of spatially interconnected systems modeled as 2D systems (recent years) and the application of numerical methods to control problems for nD systems. For many years he has been the member of teams carrying out the national grants funded by the National Centre of Science, Poland (previously National Committee for Scientific Research) and international ones (Polonium, DAAD). His publication record counts over 40 papers in the world-known journals and conference proceedings (e.g. journals: Automatica, Multidimensional Systems and Signals Processing, International Journal of Control; conferences: ACC, ECC, CCA, MTNS, NDS). He has been a reviewer for journals and international conferences (e.g. ISA Transactions, MSSP, CDC, ECC, IFAC). Mr. Sulikowski’s teaching interests include machine vision, applications of numerical methods in control, computer networks (he’s the certified CISCO CCNA instructor), and data and systems security.
